The Emmanuel Osemota Foundation Inc. is a proud 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation headquartered in Miramar, Florida. The programmatic work of the different organizations within the foundation is guided by our diligent executive team and developed and managed by the chief officers and team leaders in our management team.
Joy Etuks
Vice President
Joy has a heart for family and children. CPA and a proud University of Florida alumni. A veteran of the US Army. Honorably discharged with distinctions after performing her duties. We are fortunate to have Joy provide her compassionate heart, military background, accounting, and financial skills to EOF.
Dr. Makeda Moore
Secretary
Makeda’s passion for children is unspeakable. She is a proud University of Florida alumni. A Psychologist with a passion for teaching and helping others. We are glad to have Makeda provide her clinical psychological background and passion for helping others to EOF.

Legal Advisor
Legal luminary with a passion for community development. Ugonma’s advocacy for the less privileged and the disenfranchised is second to none. We are grateful having Ugonma provide her advocacy skills to EOF.
Sholom Neistein
Trustee
Honorable Captain in the US Army. A proud alumna of Florida International University. He is a seasoned community organizer and has a heart for leadership. Service to humanity is his philosophy. We are delighted to have Sholom on the EOF Team.
