The Emmanuel Osemota Foundation Inc. is a proud 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization registered in the United States (EIN: 85-1788105) and officially registered in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/NO 131540). Based in Florida, USA, and Nigeria, the Foundation was founded by Emmanuel J. Osemota on the core philosophy of Adiuvo: to help, assist, and cheer.
Our Vision is a world where all people have the opportunity to live free from disease and poverty, and to pursue their lives with dignity and purpose.
