The Emmanuel Osemota Foundation accomplished a remarkable feat by hosting a free medical outreach in the heart of Okhoromi Community, located in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. This philanthropic event unfolded on September 16, 2023, spanning from 9 am to 3 pm within the welcoming confines of the Okhoromi Community Town Hall.

We were honored to have the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of this community, and the happiness radiating from the residents who received free medical services was truly heartwarming.

PRE-EVENT

The Emmanuel Foundation Logistics team engaged in a productive meeting with the community leaders, notably the head of the community (The Okhiaghele), to seek permission for organizing a complimentary medical outreach program. The response from the community leaders was highly favorable, and together, they agreed upon a convenient date for the event.

A week later, the logistics team returned with an official letter addressed to the community council, extending a formal invitation to the community for the medical outreach scheduled to take place on September 16, 2023.

Prior to the outreach, the logistics team diligently prepared and ensured the medical equipment was in pristine condition. Additionally, they made meticulous arrangements for tents, chairs, and tables at the community hall to ensure the seamless coordination and smooth execution of the event.
